- Singapore Corporate Tax training is a three day course designed to help SME bosses and accounting staff to understand the difference between accounting profit and taxable profit.
- The Basic Level covers the fundamental principles of Singapore income tax and helps participants understand the difference between taxable and non-taxable income, as well as how deductible and non-deductible expenses are treated by the Singapore tax authorities.
- The Intermediate Level equips participants with the skills to classify expenses more accurately and avoid making wrongful claims during tax filing. It also enhances understanding of tax and GST computation through case studies and practical examples.
- The Advanced Level focuses on the correct presentation and classification of input and output tax. Participants will also gain a clear understanding of how foreign income received by a tax resident company is treated under Singapore tax laws, including the handling of foreign tax paid. Additionally, the workshop provides hands-on practice with completing the Form C-S, supported by multiple case studies for practical learning.
- This Course also allows participants to understand the concept of taxability of foreign income received by a tax resident company in Singapore tax paid and its treatments.

Day One / Basic Level provides knowledge about Singapore income tax principles and help participants to understand taxability of income and deductibility of expenses.
- Treatment taxable income under section 10 (1) and deeming provision under section12 and Section 13
- Treatment of deductible expenses under section 14 and non-deductible expenses under section 15 in the eyes of Singapore tax authority.
- Case study will be provided to strengthen the understanding of the training
- As such, participants will be able to set up classify revenue and expenses more appropriately in the eyes of law and avoid “unintentional’ evasion of tax
Day 2 / Intermediate Level helps participants understand the treatment of non-current assets and the depreciation treatment in the tax environment. Training also covers Goods and Services Tax issue in detail
- Capital allowance under section 19 in replacement of depreciation disallowed.
- Output GST treatment of Taxable supplies and claiming of GST Input tax under rule 26, 27 and 33
- Case study will be provided to strengthen the understanding of the training
- As such, participants will be able to understand GST terminologies and would be able to fill up GST F5 accurately to unnecessarily filling of F7
Day 3 / Advance Level helps SME and many small companies in the course of venturing overseas and earning overseas incomes. Training also covers treatment of trade losses carry back scheme that help companies to claim part of the tax paid.

- Mechanism in the calculation of carry back to claim back part of tax paid in the past
- Case study will be provided to strengthen the understanding of the training
